Refund & Transfer Policy

Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

We know plans change. While we are unable to offer refunds, we want to make sure your ticket finds a good home if you can't make it.

No Cancellations or Refunds

All sales are final. Ticket purchases are non-refundable. If your plans change, transferring your ticket to someone else is the best option.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person once using our self-serve transfer tool.

Each ticket can only be transferred once.
Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event.
Add-ons (e.g. t-shirts) are not transferable and remain linked to the original order.

In the unlikely event that VizChitra 2026 is cancelled by the organisers, all attendees will receive a full refund within 14 business days.
